Topic for our first 2026 New Year circle discussion. ENERGETIC CLEANSE

Your higher potentials don’t always flow when you push so hard. But rather when you feel safe, heard and let go of the energy that weighs you down.
It opens when it feels safe.

Let’s practice a release of Old pressure. Old stress. Old seasons where you had to hold it together. Whether it be love relationships, career, family, trauma, health, kids, death, finances — there’s no doubt of the toll that life can be on you, your energy attraction, confidence and your overall well being of living your dreams in reality.

Let’s celebrate that loyalty. Where your soul HAS BEEN protecting you.
Let’s RELEASE / CLEANSE what is HEAVY / LIMIITING and then
IGNITE new ENERGY into your precious NEW YOU and NEW YEAR with full on lightness, love and magnetism!

Because of our conditioning, we are often focused on the distractions of the world, which makes it difficult to listen to our hearts. When we drop into our heartspace, however, we can weave intention through the voice, and use our voice as a vehicle for prayer. The more intention that we weave into our own nervous system, in our own subtle
body, the more we’re able to heal and to become an instrument of healing for the planet.

We need to heal our nervous system, release pressures, heavy energy, limitations, and blocks to intuition.

We can help each other do this too.

We will participate in a ritual of clearing roles of who we think we should be while embracing the opportunity to connect back to the body, to fully inhabit yourself, and to create yourself as a safe, sacred vessel for your soul to drop all the way in and be present (coming home) so that here in the world while you offer your magic.

There comes a moment where the next chapter requires release first, not more discipline.

Let’s drop in and be with our self uncovering and some big self awareness…for a brief time while on a zoom call. Say hello to one another and be open to our inner wisdom and support connectivity. The feminine energy is quite amazing in community.

This New Year is meant for our renewal.
An Integration and a letting the body finally unclench. And letting our higher self hold space for the next chapter.
That’s exactly why the Energetic Cleanse is our first gathering in the Alignment Women’s Circle.
This isn’t about adding another routine to your plate. It’s about creating space to:

Let go of stored tension
Release emotional weight
Soften out of survival mode
Return to its natural rhythm
Ignite the new flame

Set the stage for the love, the confidence, the dreams

Reset. Rejoice. Begin anew.

So you can move into the new year lighter — emotionally, energetically and yes, quite possible physically too.

We want to continue to the support each other, and sisterhood and our collective alignment in our community and world. This is for women who may feel the desire to make new woman friends, to offer and receive support, to have a tribe where you feel safe to let your hair down and be authentically heard and seen. It is meant to be a safe space for all. That is the intention. For you to be welcomed.

We are in the midst of also collaborating for local gatherings in North Phoenix, AZ Your interest is so welcome and wanted. Does this speak to you, darling?

The woman and sisterhood wound is the trauma, pain, and fear that keeps the feminine shut down and prevents women from experiencing real, authentic, and sacred sisterhood, as well as, being our innate selves.

It can be invisible ancestral trauma which was passed on and handed down or can be happening now.

I touched on this at our retreat but we did not have the time to go into a deep conversation or ritual of healing and release. It’s a perfect time for us to find our new ways of inclusiveness, compassion, safety, open-heartedness, expansion of creativity, and joy.

This is what I offered at a previous class and before the redesign.

Our healing is what is and will be expanding into the world we are creating right her and now. Our future, our children’s future..it all is so important.
