1. When Roles Change, Identity Gets Shaky

For decades, you may have been defined by what you do — mother, partner, employee, caretaker. When those roles evolve or fade, you can feel stripped of your anchor.

Try This:
Set aside 30 quiet minutes. Make a list titled “Who I was before the world told me who to be.”
Include dreams, hobbies, and qualities you used to love about yourself. This isn’t nostalgia — it’s reclamation.

Begin a “soul curiosity” journal. Write down what you feel drawn to lately — books, causes, creative urges, people. Patterns will emerge. Follow the threads.

Try This:
Complete this sentence: “If age or fear weren’t a factor, I would…”
Write 10 answers — no censoring. Then choose one small step to move toward it. Momentum builds magic.

Now, let me share with you a personal ritual I guide my coaching clients through. This will be the brief version for you to do on your own.  I’ll make it a bulleted list and you just go thru each. The exercises you did above will give you insight on the following:

If you find yourself feeling lost in life  or not sure  which way to go next..

• Identify something you really want 
• Now, is this coming from your intuitive higher self or is it coming from outside of you?  (you want to come from your higher self)
• What is the fear, doubt, worry  you have about having, doing, being this? If there wasn’t a worry, you wouldn’t feel lost about this.
• …now insert this exercise…

Manifesting Your Dream Life with Your Own Healing Energy

Put yourself in a quite space and connect to divine source energy, God, Universe, Higher Power

With your eyes closed and calm breathing, imagine a light coming down from heavens, and you have your feet on ground connecting you to mother earth 

hold your palms out in front of you facing each other

imagine a ball of golden light energy between your hands, you can rub your hands together first to help activate it – this is your personal energy, we all have it, we all have the healing of divine energy within us

Ok, back to those steps:

• Imagine this golden ball of energy is moving into your heart when you think of your desire
• Stay here for a bit and feel into this love and see it happening in your life …in your minds eye
• Notice where in your body the feeling of being stuck resides and move the loving light there and let it cleanse
• Notice in your body where resides  – the fearful feelings, doubtful, scary etc and move the light there and cleanse it
• The old energy leaves your body and re-alchemizes in the earth
• The new energy is around you
• Now ask your higher self to help you on the journey ahead
• Imagine the journey has a fork in the road and you must decide which way to go, this is a feeling …

 

Now of course this is somewhat a brief version, but I promise you, it is not complicated. I also understand it may feel like too much right now – especially if you have felt lost and misguided for a while. It is ok.  You are here now.
