My focus is to offer events for women, women’s circles, and wellness workshops for women. Including but not limited to: mindfulness and meditation, somatic healing, navigating midlife transitions, finding purpose, identity crisis, divorce support, spiritual awakening and alignment to divine source, intuition, self love and personal growth.

We are aligned for women ages 30-60 but this is just an average. We cater to women of all ages.  The intent of our women centered events is to elevate our spirit, our self actualization to become who we are really meant to be, to elevate our sisters in community…and to create a life that we truly desires. 

This is an evolving list of online and in person activities. In person revolves around Phoenix, AZ
