Ever feel like something’s out of alignment? And it throws you off, dreams fall to the wayside, and manifestation of the good sh!t gets thwarted. You find yourself blaming the weather, the kids, the other person, the traffic.
You neglect, forget, refuse (at times) to look at yourself. Like just not willing to see where perhaps not being fully responsible.I’ve been there.
Can you relate?It can be so much more comfortable to look the other way, stay where you’re at, keep doing the same ol same ol.
Or you can chose to deal with the thing. To overcome the resistance and call yourself out.That’s self leadership. It’s not self blame. It is freakin’ self growth. It’s allowing the big, juicy life creations to get back in alignment with you. Yes, and despite and definitely inspite of any shame rising, embarrassment, or fear of looking weak.If you want to live an extraordinary life, you have to be willing to do the truth telling, to look at what’s not working in your life and make the change.You are the only one holding yourself back.And this is the perfect time to let that go and use the full moon energy to get back on track with following the path your soul chose for you.
The new moon is when the moon is at its darkest and from here gradually builds strength toward the full moon phase. This is the time for new beginnings as we plant seeds, clean the soil and prepare for our future.Dear sister, are you ready to till the soil and plant some seeds for your extraordinary future?
It’s so much easier when you’ve got sister support and a circle behind you.
We will participate in a activities / rituals of clearing roles of who we think we should be while embracing the opportunity to connect back to the body, to fully inhabit yourself, and to create yourself as a safe, sacred vessel for your soul to drop all the way in and be present (coming home) so that here in the world while you offer your magic.
In these circles we will
- Participate in a body temple releasing + relaxing ritual activities
- Group sharing / a specific topic discussion
- Meditation
- Journaling
- Body movement
- Breathwork
- Intention setting
- Chakra grounding / cleansing
- Feminine energy activation

☮️I invite you to our Wild, Waken Woman Circle.
We want to continue to the support each other, and sisterhood and our collective alignment in our community and world. This is for women who may not feel comfortable or have never been to women’s gatherings. It is meant to be a safe space for all. That is the intention. For you to be welcomed.
Event is hosted by Teresa Salhi, mentor for women at Empower The Dream, Retreat Leader and co-owner of Berrylicious Juice Bar & Healing Space. We will gather in our boho + zen-like juice bar + healing space in historic downtown Glendale, AZ at 2pm on the 3rd Sunday of each month.
YEAH! Finally, I am so excited to come in circle again and connect with women in the community who are eager to share, support, manifest dreams and envision a better world for all of us!!
