Have you ever wondered how to find true happiness and how to stop sabotaging your happiness? Have you ever asked yourself; when a, I going to be happy? When am I going to do the thing, find the one, let go of the shizzle, or figure out what I want?
Yeh, me too. It’s also in the conversation of many other women just a amazing as we are too.
The truth is your happiness doesn’t depend on what’s going on in our life, regardless of how challenging that thing is. IT IS NEVER ABOUT THE THING! There comes a time when all the drama just has to stop. The one foot on the gas and one foot on the break. The crying self to sleep. The faking and pretending gets old. Know what I mean? Where you gotta stop making life all about them or doing the same thing over and over again. It’s just too exhausting. It’s sabotaging your happiness.
Now, if you are anything like me, you likely figured out a few things to help, yes? Well, it requires consistency too, right?
Let me share with you a few of my tips. Oh, I got a lot girlfriend, I’ve been around a while, but here are 8 to start with today.
Here are 10 tips. How to Stop Sabotaging Your Happiness.
- CONNECTING & ALIGNING WITH LIFE FORCE ENERGY. Everything is energy and energy is what we are too. If you want your energy to be happy, peaceful, grateful, abundant and loving. Ya, gotta align with this magic. I am talking about divine source energy, your higher self and your natural feminine energy. What helps? Meditation and getting out of your head and into our body. - KNOW THYSELF. Instead of another 1/2 life feeling stuck confused, waiting to be validated, living on autopilot or unaware.. It’s time to get some clarity which is another way how to find true happiness.. Dig in and figure out who you are and what you want, really. This is about you. What would you like to be know for? What helps? Maybe start with your deal breakers or what you don’t want, what you are good at, what sets our soul on fire. Hire a coach. (this is where I always start with my clients btw)
- ADVOCATE FOR SELF. Advocating for self versus comparing to others or believing their message has to be your truth too. Speaking up for yourself is huge. Speaking your truth is not demanding. It is not loud our forcing. It is confidence and it is having boundaries. It’s about being emotionally intelligent. It’s also just knowing who are and what is important to you. What helps? It’s not uncommon to have emotional blocks from past that prevent us from advocating for self. Inner child work can help. It’s one of the most helpful methods used in our coaching programs.
- DRINK YOUR GREEN JUICE. Yes, yes. You are a divine living being and you must consume real food that nourishes you and feeds your cells, brain, heart and more. You are here for greatness and greatness required to be from optimal self love. Does anything make your feel better that true energy and and your own high vibration? That comes from real food and absolutely from green juice. 🙂 It’s why my daughter and I started a juice biz. What helps? Just do it!
- DON’T WAIT. Don’t make a habit of waiting for others. Waiting for them to show up, to help you, to advise you, to lead the way, to validate you. Waiting for others is losing your own power and is not on the list of how to find true happiness. What helps? Every day ask yourself, what is something I can do today that is part of a dream, an idea, a need…that I have? Do that.
- EXPAND YOUR HORIZONS. Try on new things. Most people have buried dreams because they are afraid to try something new or learn how. You will choose not to let that happen. That is totally a happiness sabotage. So, get more experience, knowledge, education and wisdom. Face the fear, embrace the adventure, check it off the bucket list darling! What helps? You could join a club, or take an online class.
- GRATITUDE. We all know this. I am suggesting to make it a BIG FAT DAILY HABIT. For what you already have, For what you don’t have yet. For the obvious, for the not so obvious, for the good and for the not so good. Life is about learning and growing. Spirituality is about seeing behind the veil and the awareness we are more than this. We have unlimited potential and power. We have the ability to fulfill every desire. We are the spark of divine in human form. How amazing is that? What helps? Well, we have some gratitude meditations on our Youtube Meditation Channel too and we are creating more. - BIGGER THAN THIS. I hinted on this already but …please know that you are here for a reason. You matter. You have a soul’s purpose. Even if you feel challenged in life right now or things have been hard, please don’t give up. It’s all happening right now for a reason. And you will come to realize the reasons at some point. But now, please trust yourself. Connect with your inner guidance. And step out into the world and make an impact. Give what you need. Give of service, a helping hand, find a meaningful purpose. What helps? Be the change you want to see in the world.
