It’s something that has been in me for so long. It is something I wonder if I will ever have done. The desire to uplevel myself, to keep reaching for the best version of me, to strive for my ability to let go and let myself reap the divine rewards of life.
Ahh, such a sponge of personal growth, I have been for years and I still love it!
Furthermore, I just cannot help myself but to get absorbed in all things spiritual, mindset shifting, manifesting bliss, heart & soul alignment, chakra opening, quantum jumping and reality altering…yowza baby!
It’s not like I knew what most of those terms meant 20 year ago…but I have evolved and yes, I have upleveled. If there is anything I know for sure, it is that it’s an ongoing, and never ending process. 🙂
Additionally, it’s my passion behind finding my own bliss and helping countless women find theirs. Which, more often than not; has weaved into a love of love, romance, soulful partnerships and soulmate connections. I can definitely speak on those matters as my own personal love life took on a beautiful love magnetizing journey, from 2 failures, to an indescribable precious life encounter.
But before I get too far into my best version of me personal journey, I am reminding myself that I came here today to give YOU some NUGGETS of WISDOM and SELF CONTEMPLATING INSIGHT!

- Allow yourself to shed some old layers. What are 10ish old identities you posses that are no longer serving you? Isn’t it time to shed them and throw away? (aka, victimhood, blaming, triggers, complaining, ect)
- When is the last time you did any chakra work? It’s time. Your chakras are you life force energy centers and to assist you in your every day life, as well as, your spiritual evolution. (I have a process that can help)
- WISDOM NUGGET: No pain is in vain and no experience is wasted. (contemplate and let go or take action)
- Where would your perceptions come from, where would you be, and what actions would you take now — if you knew you only have a short time to live?
- Can you allow yourself to be as soft as you are strong? What epiphany has this brought you?
- What does freedom look like to you? (there is no wrong answer)
- Release trying to be ‘perfect’ and allow yourself to be YOU. Ask yourself how how can I begin to do this today?
- What if you allowed yourself to be grounded in the present moment vs. falling into the ground out of exhaustion? Really feel into this.
- Tend to your own inner garden and remember, you cannot plant a palm tree in a frozen tundra. Humpf!
- Remember, there are no failures, only delays and side trips. Can you now enjoy the journey more?
- Practice universal love. Love everything unconditionally; the trees, the sunsets, the people, the food, thyself. Do you love life? How much?
- You cannot heal if you pretend you are not hurt. Are you truly ready to heal, mend and move on?
