The most important thing for a women to do after divorce or any major life transition is to look at the identity she is living through. Most women feel lost or asking self at this time, “who am I now?” or “what is there for me now?” or saying, ” I don’t even know who I am anymore!”
It happens when we have built a life that is now no longer with us. It is not just a loss of a relationship ( or career, etc) that is gone, but often the woman ( our self identity ) in that role that is also gone.
