Or makes her eager to wiggle into a pair of stretch pants and head for the next hot yoga class - she heard it releases toxins and stress, yeah baby!
Or Feng Shui's her entire house.
Or pillow sits while 'OHMming" her way thru 5, 10, 15 minutes of meaningful and meaningless mindfulness.

Or goes on a sisterhood rampage of all things spiritual, healthy, peaceful and planetarily awesome because she truly believes we all are connected and wants to do her part spreading the love.

The best thing about being your own Lady Boss of Wellness is that YOU get to decide what's good for you...sometimes you are a sponge for information and sometimes you are eager to disconnect due to information overload.

YOU got your own game sister and it's working for ya.

Ain't nobody got time for trying on the next best diet or down dog dharma. You've got a life to live and you know no matter what, you will practice extreme self-care along the way. Truth.

Note: There is nothing more powerful than a Lady Boss who owns her well Being. Lady bosses do ONE THING for sure and that is COMMIT...to saying YES, to saying NO, to trying on new things, seeks wisdom, loves her body and the divine that made it.
