As a life coach for women at Empower The Dream, I believe true transformation begins when body, mind, and soul come into alignment. My coaching blends Next Chapter Framework Methods + practical guidance + specific tools to bring about the deeper knowing and re-emergence of your new self identity, with a deep container of support that will guide you to release an invisible operating system. Hi beautiful soul, I’m Teresa — a guide and compassionate life coach for women over 40, who is dedicated to healing and transformation. I’ve been guided by deep intuition and personal calling to become an advocate for women. This led me to become a certified life coach specializing in more than just traditional coaching, but holding the container for a woman to self actualize at a deeper level with her transformation of self awareness.

I am skilled at actively listening to understand your perspective, intuitive guidance, offering practical concepts, mind programming resets and spiritual modalities. All of this I bring to private coaching sessions.

My foundation of experience and training includes both spiritual philosophy, life coaching training, and corporate leadership. I worked in the technology and hotel industry for over 20 years before expanding my team and client management skills into private entrepreneurship. Where I am able to lead from the heart while engaging analytical clarity.

My mission is to help other women awaken to their full identity break through limiting patterns, and align to their fullest potential while creating a life they love. I’m here to walk that transformational path with you.

Oftentimes in midlife, women find themselves at the crossroads of major changes, recognizing past accomplishments and wanting more now — even if not sure what that is yet. This can create a bit of pain, doubt and confusion about self identity and wondering – ” is this all there is?”

Feeling powerful in the past but now feeling powerless to create a fulfilling life.

At this time in life, relationship status can change – such as divorce, friendships change, as well as careers. Change can lead to overwhelm, loneliness or feeling as if something is wrong with you.

However, the midlife onset can also be a fresh start, a new chapter in life. And midlife is only the beginning, not the end. Change and transformation can happen at 40 or 7o. It is an opportunity to create more of what you’ve been putting off and not even aware of that desire, until now. It often requires an identity shift – this is a good thing!

This is special season to tap deeper into personal growth, spirituality, life purpose and love relationships. Maybe you are feeling your life is too small for the greatness in you.

I have worked with many women over 40 to find meaning in themselves after divorce or finding a new purpose that was not tied to a current job, as well as, a experiencing a meaningful new loving relationship.

As a Next Chapter Life Coach for women , I use a blend of practical frameworks, emotional processing tools, and embodiment practices.

Since I work deeply with self identity, the identity that once allowed them to succeed — the one that taught us how to perform, to please, to achieve, adapt, and belong — has taken them as far as it can. And yet somewhere deep inside, another self is stirring. A self that longs to live more truthfully. To create rather than merely achieve. To express something that has never existed before.

When a woman reaches this threshold, the path forward rarely looks like a straight line. Because the barriers she encounters are not simply strategic.

They are identity-based. I’ll be able to break this all down to fit any clients unique style and need.

Teresa currently resides in Phoenix, AZ where she is married to her beloved husband whom she met while traveling the Mediterranean coast of Tunisia, Africa. She also has one daughter.
